Amazon Music asked us to interview J Balvin for his upcoming album, Colores. To add more dimension to the standard interview, we chose a crate-digging theme, having J Balvin browse through an indie record store in Miami. Being a Miami native, I chose Sweat Records in Little Haiti—where I spent a lot of my youth. I had a lot of fun writing the questions and collaborating with our director. (Also, J Balvin was the nicest guy.)
